The conference is a convergence of leading experts who are actively engaged in designing, implementing, and managing solutions aimed at alleviating the effects of public and global health challenges, driven by novel technological solutions.
This year's theme will focus on the applications of Artificial Intelligence to improve health outcomes, with a particular emphasis on the development of cities and the role of data from connected devices to inform policy.
Speakers come from around the world and are change makers in both the public and private sectors.

Theme:Trustworthy AI
Trustworthy AI is a programme of work of the International Telecommunications Union (United Nations Specialized ICT Agency) under its flagship AI for Good programme, which works on the standardization of several key privacy-enhancing technologies (PETs).
The aim of TrustworthyAI is to develop standards using a multi-stakeholder framework that can be used to ensure that technologies that are being promoted as privacy-preserving are indeed that.

The workshops of the AI4Health Focus Group is an opportunity to actively participate and contribute to the ongoing efforts of the various Topic Groups, each with a unique focus on an area of health, as they prepare standards for the use of AI in technologies aimed at improving health outcomes.

The 24 Topic Groups of the joint WHO-ITU initiative on AI4Health will present updates on the progress of their work, contributing to the development and benchmarking of AI use in health, in their respective areas of focus. Topic Groups range from AI for Infectious Disease Outbreaks to Maternal Care, Clinical Evaluations, and Antimicrobial Bacteria among others.
